    Description

    Our client is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join their team and oversee their high-rise residential projects in Manhattan.

    As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of their projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Our client is a leading general contractor specializing in high-end residential construction projects in Manhattan. Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for high-rise residential projects.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    Oversee scheduling and sequencing of work to maintain project timeline.
    Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and implement effective solutions.
    Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design issues and ensure project goals are achieved.
    Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, photos, and change orders.
    Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any questions or concerns.
    Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with high-rise residential projects.
    Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software.
    Retirement savings plan with company match.
