    Description

    Marketing CoordinatorSchedule:
    M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

    Pay Rate:
    $30Up to 40 hours a week or moreGeneral AccountabilitiesManage the overall content lifecycle, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing, measurement, curation, and maintenanceCreate and maintaining an aligned content and campaign calendar that schedules and tracks assets and campaignsAssist in ensuring a consistent brand voice across customer touchpointsFacilitate the creation of assets that support and optimize our customer journeyDrive strategic alignment and workflow efficiencyCompile and consider data, including target audience, personas, messaging, competitive information, customer feedback and campaign results to inform content strategyProvide operational support for content creation, including engaging participants and managing meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlinesSupport and evangelize corporate brand and content governance practicesWork collaboratively with business analysts to report on content measurement and make recommendations for optimizing quality, processes, and channelsAssist in tracking and reconciling the marketing budget, including PO creation, vendor relations, facilitating contract reviews with our legal team, and recording invoice and payment detailsContribute to a positive and collaborative environment that encourages information sharing, team-based success, and a strong focus on resultsWho You AreBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in marketingContent creation and lifecycle management experienceExperience aligning SEO strategy and content productionExceptional project management skills & highly organizedHighly adaptable to changing prioritiesComfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and senior leadershipFamiliarity with digital marketing tacticsPossess strong skills in excel & PowerPoint

    Other Experiences:

    Technology industry experience, with preference given to security industry knowledgeFamiliarity with B2B sales funnels and the ability to map content to the customer journeyCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $35.
