    Description

    Exciting Opportunity: General Manager (Restoration Industry) - St. Augustine, Florida

    We're seeking a strong and experienced leader to serve as a General Manager for a family-owned Restoration Business in the St. Augustine area This role will oversee the day to day activities, establish goals for the branch, drive growth strategies, continuous training with teams, manage budgets and costs, and create operational efficiencies,

    General Manager - Restoration Required Skills and Experience:

    • 5 or more years managing mitigation, construction, and reconstruction: Showcase your expertise in overseeing and driving success in these critical areas.
    • Excellent leadership skills: Lead with passion, inspire your team, and foster a culture of excellence.
    • Customer service and relationship building: Create meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact on clients and the community.
    • Xactimate and Symbility experience: Demonstrate proficiency in essential tools for accurate project estimation and management.
    • Experience in an Insurance Restoration company and/or Division: Your background in this specialized field is highly desired.
    • Licensure and Certification: Obtain or already possess IICRC – ASD and IICRC – AMRT within 6 months of employment.
    • Valid and unrestricted drivers license
    • Onsite commitment: Role is located in St. Augustine, FL.
