Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining agency financial records in accordance with fiscal policies and GAAP
Assist with the preparation of all financial data and monthly financial reports using agreed format with the CFO.
Prepare and distribute monthly cash flow and financial activity statements formal financial statements and reports
Cross-Train and become proficient in each of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll
Prepare various fiscal reports, advances, and reimbursement requests on all agency contracts, grants, and revenue sources including General Revenue and Insurance. Prepare check requests and checks. Process electronic payments. Provide general ledger reports and other financial information as requested
Assist with the Administration of agency 401k plan.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's required, preferably in accounting or related field.
A minimum of five years' experience required in accounting.
CPA or GMA Certification or in progress preferable.
Experience in managing (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex nonprofit (preferably) with multiple funding sources including government (federal and state) contracts.
Experience with a Non-Profit preferable.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
