    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team.

    Responsibilities:
    - Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, customer service, and team management
    - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability
    - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    - Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
    - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
    - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
    - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
    - Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with hygiene standards
    - Utilize Mobile Bytes POS system for order processing and reporting
    - Assist in catering events as needed

    Requirements:
    - Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the food industry is required
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Proficient in inventory control and financial management
    - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling regulations
    - Familiarity with Mobile Bytes POS system is preferred
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
