North Florida Burgers LLC, a franchise operator of BurgerFi locations in the North Florida area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a BurgerFi restaurant.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of employee morale and engagement.
• Set performance goals for the team and provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Oversee daytoday operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to meet financial targets.

• Uphold BurgerFi's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

• Develop and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other operating expenses.
• Monitor sales and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with the local community to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
