    As we continue to expand our house of brands and licenses, we are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Director of Sales to join the leadership in our sales force on the Pro Standard brand. You will lead the team in the areas of Athletic Specialty, City Specialty, and Surf & Skate.     The Opportunity

    Pro Standard is a rapidly growing multi-category, multi-channel Sports Licensed brand with strong marketplace distinction. As our footprint grows, and we diversify our customer base, we are looking for channel leadership. In this role, you will lead a team of seasoned sales executives with a focus on specific areas of the marketplace, to drive a profitable, scalable and sustainable model, tailored to your channel of business.

    What You Will Do

    You will provide leadership and support to your sales team, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with our retail partners at all levels of the organization. You will attend product meetings, and provide feedback to ensure that the needs of your channel will be met through an appropriate seasonal offering. You will identify new lanes of opportunity through analysis and communication. You will travel for meetings with key partners, and for marketplace groundwork.

    You will collaborate with the Leadership team to plan, project, and manage sales targets by account, and category of business. You will participate in strategy and development meetings with Leadership and Sales teams. With your team, you will lead account specific strategies by brand and category of business. Through training, development and mentorship, you will cultivate the future channel leaders in the organization.

    Who You Are

    • An effective communicator who can facilitate alignment at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
    • Strong instincts that support intensive interpersonal and relationship management best practices
    • A direct and sound negotiator who identifies partner solutions that support brand strategy while providing value to the retail partner and ultimately, the consumer
    • Organizationally savvy, a creative thinker with impeccable attention to detail
    • Familiarity and comfort with a variety of technology platforms
    • 8+ years of sales management or equivalent position managing a team of sales and support
    • Experience with Sports Licensing, Athletic Specialty, City Specialty, Surf/Skate, or Premium Department Store channel sales is a highly preferred
