    Purpose:


    The Business Analyst is responsible for weekly business analysis, development of digital reporting solutions, and support of strategic initiatives in both Finance and Operations.

    The primary goal of the Business Analyst is to provide analysis and create tools that drive value creation and operational excellence.

    This role will maintain an effective reporting, planning, and analysis capability that provides management with the appropriate data, analysis, and conclusions to establish organizational goals and measure the performance of the business.


    Duties:


    The Business Analyst will be directly involved with the identification and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing the analysis and data to determine the success of these initiatives and their impact on the organization.

    This role will be responsible for the creation of reporting packages and presentations for ReVIDA's Managers and Board.

    The Business Analyst will also have opportunities for hands-on involvement in corporate development, including M&A activity, financial modeling, and due diligence.

    Ideal candidates will have the ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information, while providing insightful feedback and forward-looking analysis to recommend and guide decisions for short- and long-term planning.

    The Business Analyst will report directly to and work closely with ReVIDA's Director of Strategic Initiatives.


    Physical and Work Conditions:


    Work is sedentary and ambulant with occasional physical exertion (lifting 30 or more pounds, walking, standing, etc.) ability to support patient weight in case of emergency or disability requiring assistance.

    Must be able to see, stoop, sit, stand, bend, reach, and be mobile (whether natural or with accommodation). Quality of hearing (whether honest or with capacity) must be acceptable.
    Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

    Must be able to relate to and work with mentally and physically ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and hostile patients as needed.

    Must be emotionally stable and exhibit the ability to display coping skills to deal with multiple situations.
    Risk of exposure to infections, bloodborne pathogens, and other potentially infectious materials or contagious diseases.

    The Employee should understand, support, and comply with the established workplace violence, ADA, EEOC, and Corporate Compliance program and commit to worker safety, health, and patient safety.


    Supervisor/ Competency evaluations:


    Supervision and competency evaluations are provided through direct observation, staff meetings, management meetings, individual meetings, Employee Improvement Process, reporting, interactions, strategic planning, outcomes, and annual performance review.


    Work Environment:
    in-person position at the Company's corporate office in Nashville, TN, with occasional travel to the Company's treatment centers.

    Key Competencies

    Strong Business Analytics Capabilities:

    Leading candidates must possess strong business analytics skills, including the ability to take complex data and convert into meaningful and actionable reports/insights.


    Detailed Knowledge with Digital Tools:

    This role will be highly involved with the development of automated reporting tools that will provide self-service data and reporting solutions.

    Experience in PowerBI, SQL, and PowerQuery will be needed to be effective in the creation of these tools.

    Problem Solving & Analytical Orientation:

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills that are used to track, analyze, interpret, and report key historical and projected operating metrics, trends, and financial results.

    Able to take a "deep dive" into the details of the business while staying focused on the big picture.

    Senior Leadership Presentations:

    This role will be very visible in the organization and requires the ability to prepare presentations for the Company's Board, investors, and senior leadership team that effectively communicate the story behind the numbers in an efficient, digestible manner.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Support all planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across the company, including weekly and monthly reporting and forecasts, the annual budget, and five-year strategic plan.

    Analyze complex financial and operational information to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
    Develop automated reporting tools that will provide self-service data and reporting solutions. Create digital tools that will enable real-time business analytics in tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and PowerAutomate.
    Maintain monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements and detailed reporting of operational outcomes.

    Identify, track, and forecast the main drivers and transactions of the organization; provide accountability for forecast accuracy, continuous improvement, and delivery of results.

    Play a role in the Company's growth strategy, including new market assessments, pipeline

    development/sourcing,

    acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, etc.

    Build models and other tools to automate or semi-automate business processes and reporting based on specific needs of the finance team and other department leaders.

    Create reporting packages and presentations for ReVIDA's Managers and Board
    business intelligence presentations for conveying data to management in visual format.
    Interact effectively with senior leaders across the organization as well as with staff, providers, and management.

    Advanced experience with use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required).
    Advanced modeling skills, including extensive use of macros, pivot tables, SQL, and other contemporary modeling techniques preferred.
    Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e., PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Tableau.) strongly preferred.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Solid values and high standards of ethics, integrity, and trust (required).

    Demonstrated high EQ and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team, department heads, staff, and private equity partners.
