    We're looking for a Cyber Security Data Analyst to:

    design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support audit and innovation initiatives
    collaborate across business units, providing thought leadership, and driving day-to-day implementation of our analytics strategy
    display strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership ability coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative and analytical skills.
    build detailed knowledge of UBS's cyber data, data flows, and processes
    gather requirements for any technology needed to sustainably implement data management standards; partner with product and engineering teams to drive development
    Your team

    You'll be joining the Cyber Defense & Strategy (CD&S) Transformation & Analysis team and work cross functionally to achieve the CD&S transformation goals.

    You will be exposed to peer functions and will support the Cyber Data & Analytics team on the data-driven transformation.

    Your expertise
    higher education degree, preferably related to computer science
    substantial experience in data analytics in a dynamic environment, ideally with a focus on Cyber and Information Security
    ideally experience working for a global organization in the Cyber or Information Security area
    ideally - 5 years of experience as a data analyst or a data engineer; experience within the financial services industry, preferred but not required
    Tableau and/or Power BI and/or Alteryx and/or Dataiku or advanced Excel skills (or equivalent Business Intelligence tools) to translate raw data to information and insights enabling risk decisions to be made or tracking compliance of information security or other requirements
    knowledge of how a SOC operates, and hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms
    analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
    experience or reasonable understanding of IT Security and Cyber Threat Landscape
    desirable knowledge of data engineering and IT infrastructure aspects (Databases, Data warehouses) supporting Business Intelligence processes and/or ability to interface with those technologies
    prior experience in any scripting and programming language (Python/R) will be added advantage
