- Step in as Manager on Duty during the absence of the Director and Front Office Manager by supervising the Front Desk, Night Auditors, and Guest Service Agents by setting a positive example and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Accurately compute bills, collect payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Greet each guest with a genuine and warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Effectively find solutions that meet guests' concerns and challenges actively with your ability to listen with an empathetic approach, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP guests' arrivals enhances their experience.You play a pivotal role in training new Front Desk personnel to uphold service standards.
- 1 year supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
