    Exciting Opportunity as a Front Desk Supervisor at Hilton Grand Vacations


    • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office.
    • Assist guests with check-in and out, support the Front Desk staff, and address guest inquiries.
    • Welcome owners and guests upon arrival and register them in the system.
    • Promote Hilton Grand Vacation services and provide benefits to members.
    • Train and guide new team members.
    • Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained.
    • Provide ongoing training and support.
    • Manage the daily financial transactions.
    • Supervise registration and check-out processes.
    • Assign tasks to team members and maintain front desk organization.
    • Handle miscellaneous charges and guest opportunities.
    • Communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
    • Follow up on credit prospects during shifts.
    • Be part of a dedicated team and enjoy excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and travel perks.

    Qualifications for this role:
    • High school diploma/GED.
    • Prior relevant experience.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Basic mathematical proficiency.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
    • Conflict resolution and mentoring capabilities.

    Preferred qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree/College background.
    • Voice Certified.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Prior management/supervisory experience.
