    **Description**

    Ensure that all Purchase Orders are received in and entered into the system.

    Sign in incoming truck drivers, obtain a pickup number, trailer number, and other information.

    Assign pickup/delivery station (dock doors). Receive raw materials and physically verify all paperwork is correct versus incoming materials. Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and product received.

    Check for valid certificates of analysis and compare to labels on product. Manage the palletization process for all incoming orders.

    Perform daily inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods. (end of run)

    Enter all information ERP system for deliveries and shipments. Complete receipts and enter in computer.

    Ensure complete and accurate paperwork before signing driver out by physically verifying all paperwork is correct versus outbound shipments.

    Distribute bills of lading as necessary.

    Complete pallet reports, tracking incoming and outgoing inventories for all customers.

    Track total cases shipped per day.

    Manage 3rd party web site for incoming orders.

    Ensure pallet tags for customer distribution center orders are correct.

    Check accuracy of staged orders.

    Perform other clerical duties as assigned such as typing, filing, answering phone.

    Perform special projects as assigned.

    Ship items transactions performed in SAP

    Responsible for housekeeping on the docks.

    Unload trucks (if necessary)

    Count pallets,slip sheets (dunnage) for shipment.

    Rotate raw material on first-in, first-out basis.

    Move raw material to proper place for storage and warehousing.

    Knowledge of ISO22000, GMPs standards

    Excellent Bar coding, labeling, and data entry / computer skills.

    Must maintain forklift license in good standing

    Minimum three years experience in Inventory and Warehousing preferred.
