Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and HANDS ON Production Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the production process, from raw material procurement to final product assembly
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to optimize production processes
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other industrial machinery

Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
