_Will-Call Coordinator_

Arena Americas, a growing event rental company with a global presence, is looking for a will-call coordinator to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with filling orders and return of inventory
Help to maintain quality and inventory control
Help coordinate movement of inventory
Identify damaged product and label for repair
Clean up dirt and debris in work area
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies
Utilizes hand trucks and other material handling equipment to move tent vinyl materials within the warehouse
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Follow and comply with all safety, work rules and regulations while maintaining company standards

Skills

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
Good organizational and time management skills
Forklift Certification
Electric Pallet Jack Certification
Able to work Saturdays

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
