Operations Manager Job Summary

The
Operations Manager at Jackson's Food Company plays a pivotal role in
overseeing the production, sanitation, and safety teams, with a significant emphasis on warehouse and supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities include
supervising production and warehouse teams,
developing and
implementing an OSHA-compliant safety program, and
contributing to the overall success of the site as part of the leadership team.

If this sounds like you, do you meet these requirements for essential job duties?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering or related field from fouryear college or university
• 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training in food manufacturing or manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination.
• 3 to 5 years demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
