We are seeking a Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Logistics teamSummary:
The Warehouse and Fullfillment Specialist is responsible for coordinating materials flow, product complaints processing, and managing inventory to support marketing, events and field support operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Perform order preparation including pulling product and literature components, collating, packing and shipping activities to support marketing, events and field teams.
Complete print job tickets and maintain printing related equipment to ensure proper function.
Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders regarding material support for events, exhibitions and courses.
Maintain equipment and materials used at external events to ensure availability and traceability.
Manage inventory of marketing collateral, event and training supplies, etc. ensuring appropriate safety stock levels are maintained.
Communicate with marketing regarding materials and purchasing needs to avoid backorders.
Receive returned materials from events and reconcile inventory records for items consumed. Restock supplies and ready pre-set cases in preparation for next event.
Support remote field staff in maintaining product trunk stock, perform biannual audits, correctly track trunk stock removal forms, and resupply stock as requested.
Process Product Complaints according to department instructions and quality procedures.Maintain Product Complaint records according to department guidelines and quality procedures.
Collaborate to manage projects, resolve issues and make necessary decisions to meet project deadlines.
Assist with the set-up of workflows and processes that are efficient and effective to support business needs, i.e. collation of training kits, mailing preps, manual and machine inserting, metering.
Work with internal teams during project development providing input and expertise related to printed materials, assembly and mailing requirements. Offer alternatives that result in cost and/or time savings where appropriate.
Complete assigned mail duties including but not limited to: Processing mail (receive, sort, scan, and distribute) via automated and manual methods; maintaining associated equipment.
Assist in the areas of pick, pack, and ship as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Strong technical/computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience with workflow/processes, inventory/project management, and shipping processes preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset and active listening skills
Must be well-organized to manage multiple tasks, prioritize them and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and coordinate between many stakeholders.
Must be a self-starter and work well with mínimal supervision
Flexible and comfortable with operational changes made to support business needs.
Ability to work in a team environment a must
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
