    Manage book mix and leverage production opportunities to ensure territory profitability.

    • Oversee all lines of surety business in regional office.

    • Analyze loss and risk information and recognize "red flags" & inconsistencies in information.
    *
    • Utilize underwriting tools and techniques to retain quality renewal book.
    *
    • Maintain thorough understanding of bond's target products and programs.
    *
    • Stay abreast of competitive data, risk and class specific information, marketplace data, current issues & trends affecting insurance industry, and similar.
    *
    • Obtain advanced insurance related designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Institute of Internal Auditors, or similar.
