    2+ years relevant work experience, ideally with prior experience in beverage marketing
    Responsibilities


    The Field Marketing role is a critical member of the commercial team, and will help drive sales and velocity with distributors and at bricks & mortar retail by recommending, providing and managing field marketing tools.

    You will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver the Bucked Up brand experience locally and in the market
    Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Content teams to identify needs and opportunities to build the Bucked Up brand and drive distribution through DSD partners and velocity at retail
    Build an annual field marketing plan to provide tools and programs to accelerate growth with our DSD partners and retailers
    Partner with marketing team to leverage brand-building assets such as sampling tours and sponsorships with distributors, key retailers, and in local markets
    Manage key field marketing programs to extract more value from existing investments
    Develop, manage, and continuously improve a field marketing tool kit for turnkey in-market execution
    Work with Sales, Brand Marketing, Content, and Supplier partners to identify, develop and manage breakthrough merchandising and POS that drives inventory and velocity at retail
    Develop and manage tool kit assets to deliver Bucked Up brand experience in local markets
    Identify asset needs and work with content team to build and manage asset library
    Build turnkey local trade show and sponsorship tool kits for local market activation of trade shows and sponsorships
    Plan select trade events by managing a cross-functional team to flawlessly execute the events
    Regularly analyze programs and participation, continuously improving our field marketing efforts
