- Own the strategy and execution of Ruby, our Generative AI Assistant to enable faster adoption and higher engagement of our security products across our customer base
- Own last mile completion of Rubrik's Cloud Transformation Strategy
- Own our Technical Alliances Program strategy
- Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales leadership to iterate and execute on the strategy you define
- Keep finger on the pulse of market trends, technology trends and emerging competition

About the Role:
Rubrik is looking for a Sr. Director of Product, reporting to the CPO, to manage the Platform product management team. In addition to collaborating effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other parts of the product team, this leader will be responsible for the entirety of Rubrik's platform which supports data security across on premise, cloud, and SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will blend together strategic thinking with tactical execution.
