What to expect from us:

  • You will support our Product Management team in researching and creating product concepts based on the individual needs of our customers. You will also independently develop smaller concepts and adjustments.
  • You will assist in 2ndlevel support and act as the interface between Product Management, Support, and the development team.
  • Together with our Product Managers, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the Product Backlog.
  • Your feedback and new ideas will contribute to the continuous improvement of product development.
  • You will actively participate in shaping the entire product lifecycle.

Your background:

  • You are currently studying.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience with agile methods and product development, but this is not a requirement.
  • You are organized, reliable, and demonstrate initiative and teamwork.
  • You have a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to clearly capture and identify requirements.
  • You have an affinity for the topic of mobile (smartphones, applications, mobile websites).
  • You have excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in both written and spoken form.
