    The ideal location for the role is Raritan, NJ, with consideration for other J&J sites within the US (East Coast).

    Learn more at This role will be dedicated to the MedTech Deliver organization and will lead the successful completion of forecasting/latest thinking cycles, actuals reporting, and analytics.

    This role will require the building of strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Supply Chain Franchise teams and with business partners in the Deliver organization to ensure their FP&A needs are being met.

    This role also supports the admin budget of the Source organization and the allocation of this budget to each of the franchises.

    You will supervise a team of 2 professionals and be responsible for coaching, providing feedback and developing the necessary FP&A skills and business acumen of the analysts.

    You will be involved in reviewing critical outputs / work products produced by the analysts and forging internal collaboration across the team to ensure high service delivery.

    You will play a pivotal role in setting, framing, and communicating the strategic priorities of the MedTech Deliver organization.

    This will require coordinating with the Deliver Project Management Office and the cross-sector Deliver organization to ensure alignment on key strategic investments.

    You will work closely with the Senior Finance Director of MedTech Deliver to proactively manage risk & opportunities and make informed recommendations to Deliver leadership to solve for gaps and/or bring forward opportunities.

    You will work closely with finance partners in each of the franchises, communicating with them on the key drivers of Deliver performance and collaborating on tradeoff discussions to close gaps to target.
