Learn more at This role is part of a Deployment Team to support implementation of the J&J PRODUCTION SYSTEM (JJPS) and to improve effectiveness and efficiency of MAKE processes.
Overall responsibilities will include the deployment on request, of the JJPS Business Process Standards across all segments and franchises of MedTech and Innovative Medicines, from the request for support to the generation of sustainable value for the business.
Enabling this value generation (Cost, Cash & Service) will often require working in collaboration with PLAN, SOURCE and DELIVER, as well as including the ability to integrate innovative new technologies to support development of supply chain capabilities.
JJPS is made of 10 Business Process Standards and is supported by a playbook, a library of diagnostic tools, and standardized approaches to the design and implementation process for all stages.
The JJPS Deployment Lead will be mastering this methodology and will be able to apply it with discipline to maintain the playbook as a fundamental reference, and with flexibility to adapt its utilization to the context of his intervention and to the maturity of the organization capabilities.
Delivering transformational results across range of key supply chain metrics is the goal of the JJPS Deployment Lead. His interventions will lead the problem solving, by managing the workstream teams and keeping them focused on the impact.He will also ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with JJPS principles and practices (based on Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, etc.), encompass JJPS 4 elements, and that their implementation are timely executed and are delivering the expected impact.
The JJPS Deployment Lead will be accountable to ensure that his interventions result in sustainable value generation which induces to manage stakeholders before, during and after them.
