    Position Overview:

    The Head of Financial Systems will focus on building on our current infrastructure to create a well-controlled platform for faster reporting and improved analytical requirements.

    The Financial Systems team supports our global finance organization in their effort to reduce costs and cycle times, while enabling finance to provide business insights through the implementation of leading practices and applications.

    The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside the Chief Accounting Officer, Head of FP&A, financial controllers, and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization, with the support of their Financial Systems team.

    This role is focused on (a) building out and maintaining the required financial systems infrastructure for SitusAMC, primarily centered around Workday Financials, (b) developing financial reporting and analytics capabilities to support accounting and management stakeholders throughout the enterprise and, developing and executing a roadmap to deliver system and related process improvements based on CAO and CFO goals for the organization.


    Essential Job Functions:
    + Own Financial Systems design and delivery across all finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury) + Provide technical leadership to the systems team and the finance organization + Align the finance organization on a financial systems roadmap that enables the delivery of a faster close process, reducing volume of manual tasks and provides enhanced, timely reporting + Drive improvements to management reporting and analytics capabilities + Mentor and manage a growing financial systems team that has the functional and technical skills required to deliver on the systems roadmap + Oversee Workday Financials design and administration + Partner with HRIS team to ensure alignment on Workday HCM and Financials releases and shared administrative responsibilities + Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. + At least 12 years' experience implementing financial systems, particularly Workday Finance (or equivalent finance SaaS applications) + Significant Workday Finance experience required + 5+ years' experience building and leading systems teams + Banking and/or Financial Services experience is preferred + Experience supporting a global finance organization + Professional attitude with the ability to be innovative and collaborative + Ability to partner with business leaders throughout the organization + Make decisions that achieve optimal results for both the company and the employees + Ability to effectively manage staff globally + Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills + Communicate effectively and tactfully with management and other levels within the organization + Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and personnel + Ability to think strategically and set direction

    Special Requirements:
    + The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

    USA The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($150,000 - $235,000).

    Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.

    Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

    SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
