    Description

    Overview:

    Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Project Coordinator.

    *** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

    *** Location: 911 Broxton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

    *** Duration: 12 weeks contract w/ possibility of extension

    Notes:

    • Onsite role.
    • Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

    Description:

    • Facilitating communications between network leadership and its members.
    • Developing project materials and protocols.
    • Assisting with preparing project reports.
    • Creating, reviewing, and managing IRB applications and records.
    • Scheduling, attending, and taking notes at meetings.
    • Facilitating and supporting studies and research as needed.
