Description

The Digital Spaces Department manages physical and virtual classrooms, specialized learning environments, and other learning environments (e.g., conference spaces, dormitories, dining halls, etc.).

This team makes sure all spaces on campus are suitably equipped with functional and innovative technology that meets the needs of the educational experience and enables the world-class teaching and learning for which UCLA is internationally recognized.

Members of this department also manage the installation and long-term management of display technology across the university.

The Project Coordinator will serve as the liaison and coordinate the AV/IT project installations for the general use classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, live event venues, digital signage, and other ITS-controlled projects under the direction of the Product Manager, AV/IT Solutions.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal Digital Spaces teams, ITS departments, UCLA stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless product delivery.

The Project Coordinator will positively impact UCLA's operations and culture by enabling IT projects and programs in service of the university's academic mission.

This team member will advance the University's mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students.

This role will execute UCLA's vision while modeling UCLA's culture and values.
Salary & Compensation

  • UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations

  • Bachelor's Degree Information technology, computer science, public administration, business administration, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. (required)

  • PgMP, PfMP, Agile Scrum, LEAN Six Sigma, ITIL, and/or OCM certification. (preferred)
