OC Builders Group is one of Orange County's highest-rated licensed General Contractors specializing in high-end residential construction. We are seeking to hire a qualified Project coordinator for single-family residential construction jobs.

At OC Builders Group you will:

• 
  Pre-construction checklist, Obtain pre construction documents,:

Responsible for obtaining a city/county permit

Send customers materials list to purchase based on the blueprints/design and scope of work

Schedule the subcontractor/s and negotiate the contract/scope of work/payments

Obtain a timoine for the project
:

Obtain daily updates from vendors and update the customer's daily and weekly schedule:

Daily communication Vendors/customers/P.M/QC

Create a daily schedule for the Superintendent

Submit and follow up on "R

FI"s:

Approve payments to subcontractors weekly:

Release Owners invoices when Due.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience managing residential home remodeling projects including homeowner interaction.
• Requires clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer service focus.
• Proficiency with Google docs, sheets,calender and Buildertrend.
• Fluent spanish speaking

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
