THE POSITION:
- and small-scale projects and tasks, with competing priorities in a complex and technical team environment. Project management skills and experience will be necessary in this position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.
- Assist with daily operations and the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global program
- Reviewing the project management software platform and ensuring all tasks are adhering to naming conventions, regular updates are being made, reporting tools are staying current
- Post weekly updates to project tasks updating all collaborators and key stakeholders of project progress and roadblocks
- Assist the Project Manager with projects, task management, deadlines, and follow up.
- Assist with triaging new requests for projects, purchase requests and formatting the requests to ensure title compliance
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating internal documentation for teams to follow
- Follows project file structures & procedures
- Other duties as assigned by your direct reports
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or similar field with applicable experience
- Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
- Attention to detail
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adopt to ever change environments and enterprise tools
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Avixa Certifications such as CTS or AV-T preferred
- PMI Certifications such as CAPM & PMP preferred
