    We are a rapidly growing retirement and financial planning company seeking a highly motivated and energetic New Business & Office Manager to join our team.

    In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and contributing to our continued growth.



    Responsibilities

    New Business Development:

    Assist financial advisors with prospecting and client onboarding activities.
    Manage New Business Pipeline.
    Prepare Account documents for client and prospect meetings.
    Update and maintain CRM client files.


    Office Management:

    Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient environment.
    Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering as needed.
    Coordinate and oversee office maintenance projects and repairs.
    Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document organization.
    Manage and maintain office technology (phones, computers, software).


    Administrative Support:

    Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents.
    Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
    Manage & Perform client and prospect follow-ups.


    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
    Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a business or office management role.
    Proven experience in new business development and lead generation is a plus.
    Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
    Strong sense of professionalism and a positive attitude.
