Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Global Business Operations team.

- Partner with sales leadership to develop and drive the region's strategy and revenue plan
- Play a critical role in strategic and tactical crossfunctional planning as part of the Global Business Operations Team
- Structure and execute initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations
- Project manage initiatives within the gotomarket (and other) function(s)
- Create and manage strategic reporting and presentations
- Monthly metrics reporting; collaborate with the sales operations and analytics teams to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals, by region
- Conduct ongoing analysis on competitive market and vertical/client needs
Who you are and what you have:
- BA/BS degree in a related field ie data or statistics, or proven numerical competence.
- 35 years of relevant experience, preferably in business operations or other related projectmanagement field
- 35 years of experience with crossfunctional stakeholder management
- Highly analytical and strong quantitative skills, and a deep intellectual curiosity
- Experience establishing, implementing, tracking and reporting on sales KPIs and success metrics
- Demonstrated ability to develop business reports that help a professional services organization operate smoothly, with views that will meet the needs of other business partners (Finance, Sales Operations, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience proactively recognising a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced, dynamic environment where change is a constant.
- Experience with SFDC or other CRM data
- Experience working in a matrixed business

- Advanced excel, experience with basic coding or analytics packages
- Experience with business intelligence or datavisualization tools/software
- New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $69,300 $118,800. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location._
