With over 14 years of experience and a Graduate in Finance, I am also CA Finalist from Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan and CPA. The selected pattern of professional and academic qualifications has equipped me with in depth knowledge of accounting, finance, audit ,grants management, partnership management, business issues and macroeconomics as well as it pursues me to learn continuously for ongoing changes and issues in my profession.

• Grants, Compliance,Finance,Internal audits, preparation of risk based audit plans, planning & risk assessment tasks, developing & executing audit strategy, designing, evaluating and implementing internal controls, preparing final deliverable in the shape of financial report, review and preparation of standard operating procedures for different processes. 
• during my association with Water Aid, Save the Children, IRC, World Vision a key part of the role is to ensure that the Country Office complies with the Finance Handbook, Management Operating Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures, financial policies, procedures and applicable award conditions. In addition, as a member of the SMT, the head of Finance will support the development of an organizational culture that reflects Organization full-spectrum programming, promoting accountability and high performance
• Reviewing Grant and sub grant management including preparation of sub grant manual, conducting pre-award assessments, preparation of capacity development plans for potential partners and provision of trainings.
• Developing governing documents, policies and procedures for compliance and finance functions; and building capacity of my teams to use them.
• Developing systems and controls to adhere compliance with rules and regulations of all major donors (USAID, OFDA, BPRM, ECHO, DFID and UN agencies) and providing guidance to the country offices on compliance issues related to donor guidelines and organization’s policies and procedures.
• Been part of design and implementation of Implementing partner policy, implementing partner’s capacity assessment, Implementing partner finance systems and capacity development initiatives.
