    Description

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Developer Platform (DP) Internal Processes Needed: API Workflow Definition, Roadmap, Program Communications, Release Management Process, Defect Management, Developer Journey, Monitoring Platform Performance
    • PM will help build out the DP from a processes and procedures perspective to help mature the platform as they launch into production.
    • Initial view on best practices based on experience / maturing of similar platform
    • Also include intake, release management, defect management, bringing stakeholders together to align on process with their own expertise/experience added and then documenting and supporting said processes after creation.
    • Need to mature process; someone who can help create and implement best practices
    • MUST HAVE proven expertise in building API based platform; ability to evaluate and mature intake process for APIs and define mature process for API workflow
    • Work with department/stakeholders on standing proposed processes and fine tuning as needed
    • Provide recommendation for "Developer Journey" (aka. Developer support, Developer tools, documentation and test harness)

    Job Description:

    • The ideal person will have experience creating processes in service of providing consistency in delivery and reporting/communication for a software based platform (ideally an API marketplace type platform or similar).
    • This position will work with stakeholders to align on process, document process, and be responsible for executing processes identified.
    • Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
    • Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
    • Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
    • Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
    • Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports.
    • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Specialized knowledge of MS Project, LucidChart, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira.
    • 10+ years of experience.
