What to expect?

  • You will plan, coordinate, and implement technical renovation and new construction projects within agreed cost, schedule, and performance goals
  • You will work, communicate, and negotiate with internal and external business partners in a dynamic environment and accompany internal/external audits
  • You will contribute to the integrated sustainability strategy and work on sustainability projects
  • You will create plans for responsible resource conservation and develop and implement concepts for environmentally conscious and sustainable business areas
  • You will work with authorities, offices, and professional associations to comply with applicable legal regulations

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification in the technical field
  • You ideally have experience in project management and the food or process industry with basic knowledge of climate and sustainability management
  • You have strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers, customers, and regulatory representatives
  • You have a hands-on mentality with a desire to shape and implement measures
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have basic knowledge of AutoCad
  • You enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and being a team player
