For our branch in Bad Nauheim, we are looking for a construction draftsman (m/f/d).

Tasks

Phases 15: Implementation of concepts according to company internal guidelines for preliminary, building application, sales, execution and detailed planning as well as site plans for building construction
Creation of floor plans, elevations, sections, as well as data maintenance in 3D / BIM for commercial properties, residential construction, hotels and care facilities
Independent drafting of agreements with structural engineers, building physicists, building services planners and fire protection experts, taking into account the applicable rules and regulations and DIN standards
Preparation of special request drawings, as well as the creation of execution drawings, such as precast concrete plans and insulation plans for construction management
Collaboration in project teams with colleagues from project management, work preparation, construction management, customer consulting and calculation

Requirements

Successfully completed vocational training as a construction draftsman or a comparable training in the drafting field with proven professional experience or a completed degree (bachelor's or master's) in civil engineering
Profound knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook), as well as preferably the drafting software Allplan (Nemetscheck)
Experience in dealing with planning and building regulations
Commercial understanding and cost awareness
Initiative, openness, teamwork, commitment and flexibility
Sense of responsibility and reliability
