Your job profile:
As the management and co-management of the daycare center, you will jointly lead the team both pedagogically and organizationally and represent the facility externally

You are responsible for:

further development and implementation of the house concept or daycare profile based on the Berlin educational program,

designing the pedagogical work in the team, quality development and assurance,

personnel management and team development,

collaboration with families, and

planning and controlling of operational and organizational processes.
