    Description

    This role is responsible for maintaining the internal and external order process, scheduling, shipping, and key milestones for Colorado Custom Stone products. The Project Manager works daily with customers via phone or email to answer inquiries, follow-up on outstanding quotes, secure product drawing approval, and convey prominent information about purchase orders. This role partners internally with Estimating and production to initiate product drawings and review drawings for accuracy to customer specification. The Project Manager coordinates cross functionally with sales, engineering, and production to ensure successful completion of Custom Stone order.

    Qualified candidates are self-starters, detailed-oriented, and organized. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should have proven agility to learn manufacturing and Custom Stone Fabrication techniques. They must have 2-4 years' experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support within a professional office setting. A high school diploma is required and experience working in manufacturing or construction is preferred. The best applicants have experience in identifying problems, evaluating options, and communicating the best solution to external stakeholders.

    Additional benefits are a comprehensive benefit and wellness package, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off. The starting range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 Annually or above based on experience averaging 40 hours per week.
