- Managing the workflow of assigned internal and external projects, ensuring projects are effectively planned and well organized from client engagements to internal operational projects.
- Manage internal and external communications to obtain all necessary information and specifications needed to produce deliverables.
- Resolve project conflicts, identify resource requirements and work with the Engagement Manager to align the team on the overall project scope
- Manage weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting, including meeting preparations, scheduling, agenda preparation, content and presenter planning, documenting, distributing action items, and scheduling follow-up sessions.
- Create and manage reports necessary to track projects.
- Optimize processes end-to-end and lead process redesign by mapping current processes, designing future state, developing and executing implementation and change management plans
- Provides regular updates to leadership, facilitates issue resolutions, conducts regular project calls, delivers communication and training as necessary
- An excellent analytical and creative problem-solving approach to defining and solving problems
- Experience developing and delivering client presentations/communications
- Ability to synthesize complex information into digestible and actionable executive-level briefs
- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple projects
- Strong ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint – data visualization experience a plus
- 2+ Years of experience in a project management platform like ClickUp, , Basecamp, etc.
- Startup or small business experience and mindset
- 2 – 3 Years of project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- PMP or Six Sigma Belt is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Manager at Vation Ventures. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects within the organization. This role will involve coordinating project teams, setting project timelines, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and reporting project status to stakeholders. While the role is primarily located in Denver, CO, there is some flexibility for remote work.

Vation Ventures is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Denver, CO, is $65,000 to $70,000.
