Description

This is with an international law firm- 5 days onsite. No corp-to-corp

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT systems
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
Familiarity with legal software such as document management systems (e.g., iManage) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are desirable but not required
