    **IT Support Specialist**

    Mountain View, CA / Riiid Labs (U.S.) Engineering (U.S.) / Full Time **IT Support Specialist**

    **Office Locations:** Mountain view, CA

    Riiid Labs is looking for an IT Support Specialist that will help provide robust IT technical support for our growing company. This role is to support our Mountain View office with occasional travel to the San Ramon headquarter office (on an as-needed basis). You will use your knowledge of IT good or better practices to support our teams of Engineers, AI researchers, Product, Commercial and our amazing Executive Leadership team in both remote and in-person. **Responsibilities**

    + Configure hardware and apps for new hires and existing employees

    + Deploy computers using Jumpcloud mobile device management

    + Monitor and respond to cyber security threats using Cisco Umbrella and Cisco Advanced Malware Endpoint

    + Maintain accurate inventory of all computers, mobile devices, software, licenses, and related equipment

    + Maintain and support in-premise Ubiquiti UniFi / Meraki network appliance

    + Perform user administration in Google Workspace and Jumpcloud

    + Provide orientation on how to operate software and computer equipment

    + Promote and enforce good information and physical IT security practices

    + Support remote meeting during All-Hands meeting

    + Assist with service incidents/requests from in-person and remote users

    + Proactively identify areas of opportunity for IT improvement

    + Create and manage user accounts in Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Zoom, Slack and other SaaSLead some of the ongoing/new IT projects

    + Travel to Mountain View as main office to support; occasional travel to San Ramon HQ office (on an as-needed basis)

    **Requirements**

    + Minimum 3-5 years of related IT Support working experience

    + Familiarity with deployment and support for remote workforces

    + Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

    + Comfortable with MacOS, Windows OS and ChromeBooks

    + Familiarity with both Android and iOS

    + Familiarity with asset management systems

    + Basic knowledge and understanding of network and firewall rules

    + Basic knowledge of IT security good or better practices

    + Experience with supporting ZoomRooms video conferencing system

    + Strategic thinker that wants to solve problems and not provide a workaround

    + Experience at a start-up or high-growth company

    + Comfortable working with local service providers/consultants

    + Willingness to learn new technologies and take on training opportunities

    + Has some experience with leading projects

    + Genuinely enjoys working with people
