    If you ask our customers, one of the things they love most about Meta Labs is that we're there within seconds when they need help.

    To continue to provide the level of support our customers have come to expect, we are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist who can assist our customers with issues both technical and non-technical.


    The responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist include:

    responding to tickets in a timely fashion, working with customers to solve both trivial and novel challenges, and working with the engineering team to provide technical assistance.

    The perfect candidate will be a proactive, socially inclined individual with experience dealing with small business owners. A technical background is ideal, but not required.

    The role is designed to be flexible; we're looking for individuals who can contribute to our community and team in a number of ways.

    At Meta Labs, being part of the Support team works a bit differently than at traditional businesses, because the engineering team, sales team, and support team all work together to define next steps for the product.
