    The project:

    We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking a reporting manager – with transit or rail experience - to join our established and growing team in New York.

  • In this position they will develop reporting frameworks, collaborate across multiple workstreams and lead a team of controls and schedule managers.

    You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a reporting framework for the program, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and data collection methodologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on program progress, performance, and milestones, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Creating visually appealing and informative presentations for program updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for program optimization.
  • Maintaining a centralized repository for reports, data, and documentation, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Collaborating with the program management team to align reporting efforts with strategic objectives and priorities.
  • You'll need to have:

  • New York/New Jersey specific experience.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and to react objectively and expeditiously to critical and emergency construction operation engineering problems.
  • Bachelor's or master`s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reporting, data analysis and presentation development.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • OSHA 30 training minimum required
  • You'll also have:

  • MNRR, LIRR, NYCT, MTA, Amtrak experience preferred.
