The research and reporting manager is a key contributor to Citi Community Investing and Development's (CID) stakeholder engagement and reporting team.

The Community Investing and Development function works to enhance Citi's positive social impact through impact investing, community-based financial access and education programs, fulfilment of U.S.

Community Reinvestment Act regulatory obligations, employee volunteerism and the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation.

This role will support the development, research, writing and delivery of project reports and content on key CID initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) and Citi businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, edit and produce content for reports that showcase CID's positive impact in the areas of impact investing, communitybased financial access and education programs, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities in the U.S., volunteerism and the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation.
  • Project manage multiple, complex reporting projects in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring that the quality of deliverables are in line with company standards and that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Develop humaninterest stories that showcase positive impact from CIDsupported organizations.
  • Produce briefing materials, talking points and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Draft, edit and produce content for CID webpages both internal and external.
  • Lead workstream to evolve how we develop and track key metrics to measure the success of CID's stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts.
  • Provide leadership support to benchmarking and analysis projects.
  • Manage the coordination of gathering and evaluating thirdparty assessments and recognition activities, including award submissions, surveys and ratings/rankings.
  • Facilitate compliance approvals for CID content to ensure adherence to Citi's risk and controls processes.
Job Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably in communications, research or social impact reporting
  • Experience in researching, data analytics and writing preferred
  • Analytical, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Project management
  • Selfmotivated and prepared to work independently
  • Interpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication, and comfort communicating with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, working well under pressure
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
