Change Management Analysis and Reporting Director - New York, United States - Citi
Description
The COO's Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) team is seeking to hire a Change Management Analysis and Reporting Director to fulfill a senior deployment role critical to a newly established centralized function focused on change management.
The Change Management Analysis and Reporting Director will (1) lead the definition and development of a centralized change inventory (2) implement a change impact assessment methodology across the change portfolio (3) develop and maintain change management metrics and reporting (4) conduct analysis of change activity to identify and escalate areas requiring executive management review.
Responsibilities:
- Design an enterprise change inventory which consolidates and aggregates change records from multiple source systems.
- Determine the ruleset to normalize and align change record attributes to deliver a consistent inventory of change activity across Citi.
- Implement and maintain a consistent change impact assessment methodology to assess risk and impact of change activity.
- Define and implement aggregated change reporting, aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Establish enterprise change reporting and metrics to report on change management activity and risk across Citi.
- Lead thematic reviews of change management risks, issues and incidents.
- Review and analyze the portfolio of change management activity to identify risks requiring escalation.
- Engage in diagnosing, planning and remediating change management related issues.
- Prepare for Executive Steering Committee updates on Change Management.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to evolve Citi's change management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant business experience Industry specific and / or consulting experience with large strategic program delivery in a regulated environment.
- Formal experience defining and implementing enterprise reporting solutions.
- Proficiency with enterprise analytics, reporting and dashboard tools, with a track record of successful implementation bringing together disparate data sets.
- Experience leading discussions with senior leadership reviewing analysis outcomes and reports.
- Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment, including comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Proven ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to develop ideas from concept to an executable plan.
- Strong business planning, organizing, prioritizing and analytical skills.
