- Assist the Project Managers, Engineers with time card/time keeping employees
- Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
- Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
- Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
- Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
- Operate office equipment – fax, copiers and scanner.
- Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
- Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and PDF files
- Knowledge with Civil Construction
- Expereince with payroll/hr
- Proficient with calculator and math
- Must be very well organized and a self-starter
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to interact with all employees in a professional manner
- High school or equivalent
