Client Management Specialist (all genders)

STRONG TASKS

  • Independent conception, further development, and operation of end devices (e.g. Windows clients, printers, and scanners) throughout the hardware lifecycle
  • Analysis, qualification, and processing of IT disruptions and IT service requests in 2nd level support
  • Implementation of operational processes (e.g. IT asset management) and strategic development according to requirements from new infrastructure projects
  • Management of external service providers for the operational handling of end device processes (e.g. installation, issuance and provision, return, device exchange, and troubleshooting)
  • Further development of client technology and automation of processes
  • Implementation of services and support for IT systems
  • Technical customer consultation

BEST REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed degree in computer science or a related field or a comparable education with several years of professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of client administration and operation of the following technologies and products: Microsoft Windows client operating systems and client virtualization, printers, scanners
  • Experience with client security
