As a distinguished accountant specializing in government contracting and private sector engagements, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating all financial facets related to projects with the esteemed General Services Administration (GSA) and diverse private firms. Your responsibilities will entail the meticulous management of billing procedures, ensuring steadfast adherence to intricate GSA regulations, and conducting exhaustive financial analyses to optimize costs and bolster fiscal efficiency. In close collaboration with project management counterparts, you will exercise vigilant oversight over financial performance, promptly addressing emergent concerns with precision and efficacy. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary custodian of financial integrity, spearheading rigorous audit processes to guarantee unwavering compliance and reliability in financial operations. Leveraging your comprehensive expertise in construction accounting principles and methodologies, you will craft meticulously prepared financial statements, budgets, and forecasts that serve as beacons of financial prudence and strategic insight. Qualifications:

1. Possession of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline with at least three years of experience.

2. Preferred attainment of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation.

3. Demonstrated expertise in government contracting, showcasing adeptness with GSA regulations and compliance frameworks.

4. Proficiency in utilizing advanced accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

5. Proven proficiency in analytical methodologies and adeptness in problem-solving techniques.

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, distinguished by a proven track record of transparent and articulate correspondence.

7. Strong ability to thrive autonomously while fostering effective collaboration within team environments.

8. In-depth familiarity with construction accounting principles and methodologies, honed through at least three years of relevant experience and industry immersion.
