    Compensation

    Salary ($50,000/yr.) + performance-based commission plan with a bridging strategy for year one.

    Job Description

    This is a full-time role for an Account Executive located in Fort Worth. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying and qualifying prospects, developing and maintaining relationships with new and current accounts, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

    • Sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving but not limited to managed services, voice solutions and carrier services throughout the United States with primary focus in the South-Central states.
    • Make prospecting telephone calls and presentations to customers and potential customers, consistently adding new prospects and clients to funnel.
    • Establish, maintain, and develop business with customers and potential customers in the assigned area/vertical to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and revenue growth through effective sales and services.
    • Develop and maintain technical competency in all products offered through Lantana including all offerings from represented manufacturers as well as the professional services supplied by Lantana.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the sales process by identifying new opportunities, presenting the Lantana solution and ensuring that we are aware of competitor activities.
    • Develop strategic sales plans to grow business and find relationships with new clients.
    • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts.
    • Accurately manage a multi-period sales forecast, including product and services bookings.

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of B2B sales experience
    • Experience with Managed IT Services, Unified Communications, Carrier, Infrastructure, and Staff Augmentation

    Knowledge And Skills

    • Ability to conduct high level technology and business discussions with potential clients.
    • Ability to manage internal and external resources.
    • Proven prospecting skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
