Product Director/Senior Product Director - San Francisco, CA, United States - Pave

    Default job background
    Description
By building the most intelligent compensation platform, powered by the largest real-time compensation dataset on earth.

We partner with our customers to help them build and retain world-class teams through planning, communicating and benchmarking their team's compensation in real time.

We're growing fast, building an incredible team and product, and having plenty of fun as we do it in our San Francisco and New York City offices.

If stretching the rubber band, building with intellectual honesty and focusing on impact sounds exciting - we highly encourage you to reach out.

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to step into a director level role in Product Management, where you will play a pivotal role in driving key business metrics and shaping the future of our product offerings.

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to move the needle on ARR and NDR in partnership with GTM teams.

Help us prioritize opportunities as we expand the product to better serve up-market customers.

Bring passion, deep interest, and dedication to understanding both the macro and micro of compensation, from labor market dynamics and fluctuation to the daily, administratively-heavy compensation management processes that our customers experience.

Work closely with Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering teams to align on product strategy & roadmap, and help GTM teams successfully execute new product releases.

Be a key member of the EPD

    Leadership Team:

Actively contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company and collaborate to set company-wide objectives and identify growth opportunities.

Impact-driven and high-ownership: you are willing to do whatever it takes to help your broader team achieve its goals, with a bias towards action.

~ Relentlessly customer-focused: you are constantly in pursuit of solving real problems for customers, and get creative to ensure our Product function is always putting the customer first.
    ~ Data first approach:
you are excited and comfortable defining, measuring, and managing metrics in balance with strong product intuition.
~ You are a strong collaborator, who believes that building products is a team sport: you're getting into the details with engineering and design, and then zooming out with company leaders, all in the pursuit of delivering a product customers love to use.
~Owned successful B2B SaaS products focused from inception through launch and growth – bonus points if you've seen complex workflow products, or worked in the HR or data space.

Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail.

Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, catered lunch, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits.

Pave's compensation philosophy is to target the 75th percentile of the market for both cash and equity at your job level.

We run a performance cycle twice per year to evaluate employees' performance.

Higher than average performance ratings result in compensation increases to the upper end of the individual's compensation range for their role.

If you get an offer from Pave, it will be based on your level as determined by your interview performance.

We also have an office in NYC and a hub in England.

As an employee at Pave, you will have your choice of medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as access to mental health services and other perks to promote your wellbeing.

Pave is working with 5,500+ companies today, including some of the best technology logos out there like Credit Karma, RO, Faire, Dropbox, Airtable, Sweetgreen, Checkr, Hubspot, Snackpass, Attentive and more
