    They are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Product Marketing with a passion for consumer tech to join their Marketing team.

    In this role, you will work closely with the Product Development team to shape the strategic direction and positioning of their Connected Home Products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective GTM strategies that drive revenue for new product launches such as mesh systems, routers, mobile hotspots, and value-added services.

    This role requires a consumer-centric approach with a strong blend of product knowledge, marketing expertise, and leadership skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our connected home solutions to target audiences.

    compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers for new products and services, supporting the overall product narrative and direction
    technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers
    qualitative, quantitative and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging, and positioning to drive growth, sharing insights and next steps with leadership
    buyer personas to ensure every business, design, and marketing decision resonates with target consumers
    product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results
    GTM launch plans including training, presentations to regional sales, marketing and PR as needed
    consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials
    the successful execution of packaging design projects, from concept development through to final production
    closely with our cross-functional teams, external design agencies, and production partners to ensure that each packaging project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    the packaging production process and how to establish print requirements
    key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
    leadership, mentorship and management for three members of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

    Qualifications:
    degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
    years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue
    understanding of B2C marketing, with experience in technology
    strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging
    communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
    leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without authority
    ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

    Hybrid - 3 Days a week in San Jose, CA

    Compensation:

    200-230K with 30% bonus
