    Role/Responsibilities:

    As a Product Marketing Manager at Authorium, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our products in the market. You will collaborate closely with various teams such as product development, sales, and marketing to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our innovative solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that will shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
    • Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning to set our solutions apart in the market and resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work hand in hand with product development teams to ensure product features align with market demand and customer requirements.
    • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively convey the value of our products to potential customers.
    • Pricing Strategy: Assist in developing pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing and offer the right value to customers.
    • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials like product documentation, case studies, blog posts, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
    • Product Launch: Lead and execute successful product launches, including coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery within budget.
    • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Measure the success of product marketing efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies.

    Requirements

    To excel in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, with a proven record of launching successful products.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
    • Knowledge of market research techniques, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
    • Understanding of product pricing strategies and the capability to create and manage pricing models.
    • Proficiency in collaboration, teamwork, and working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience with technology and software products / SaaS is preferred, particularly in the public sector or smart city domain.
