About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager in B2B Marketing, you will focus on one or more B2B
personas and how we partner with them to bring shoppers or renters a better home
buying or renting experience. You will own defining value proposition, positioning,
messaging, and commissioning and application of research.
You will develop breakthrough marketing strategies that connect partners to our products - highlighting compelling benefits that inspire partners to work with client - and work closely with outstanding marketers to bring these strategies to life.
You will get to:
Develop positioning, messaging and core value proposition frameworks for
different products and personas
Use customer research and competitor and market insights, to expand our
understanding of our defined personas and be their voice in business, product,
and marketing decisions
Define marketing strategies to support our partners and grow our business,
including goal setting, prioritization, product roadmap consultation, and audience
definition
Partner with communication strategists and marketing channel owners to shape
coordinated go-to-market campaigns that deliver on those strategies
Drive or support the creation of marketing assets that power marketing
campaigns
Own and share product marketing plans, narrative, results and findings with
vice-president executives and above
Own delivery of business metrics defined by marketing and company OKRs
A customer-insight-centric, hypothesis-positing, data-driven, keen problem solver
with a high level of curiosity
Able to deeply understand customer needs and develop insights that shape plans
and influence roadmaps to drive desired outcomes
Both creative and exacting, as capable of focusing on the big picture as nailing
the details
Able to build strong working relationships across teams, lead through influence,
and drive decisions through compelling data and communication
Most significantly, a creative mind who wants to be part of leading a movement to
re-imagine how client buy, sell and rent homes
Qualifications
6+ years of relevant marketing experience, some B2B marketing preferred
Consistent track record of working closely with product teams from the moment
of product idea inception through launch
Defined strategies that moved a vision to market and briefed-in agencies,
creatives, and marketing channel teams to execute flawlessly
Experience working with product and business teams in a fast-paced technology
company
